That was what they were aiming for when they made this place. The sparkling city lasted a little while, clean streets, decent people. Mysteriously, it all dwindled away, leaving half torn down buildings, a rat infested subway, and who knows what else... It was a ghost town up until more people started moving there again. The people were the outcasts, people who just couldn't understand the rules of their society. The schitzos, the psychos, and those who were just plain different. Soon, everyone who wasn't what they were supposed to be came to this place. Vampires who wouldn't suck blood, malfuctioning robots, zombies who hated the taste of flesh, aliens, time travelers, psychics, witches, and a bunch more. Soon there were rumors of what was drawing the outcasts together. Eventually it became known as the "Poison", for lack of a better name. It was even said that the Poison affected the state of the town, the weather, time and even people. It was clear someone who controlled the Poison could control everything and everyone. People dreamt of what they could do if they controlled the Poison. A better life, no more wars, an end to world hunger. Then there were those whose thoughts weren't as pure. They only thought of themselves and how they could benefit from the Poison. Destruction, domination, and revenge on the groups who rejected them were all on their minds. Those with negative thoughts came to be known as the "Toxic". The Toxic were determined to find the Poison and use it against others. Most though were not eager to join in any sort of organization, and perfered to seek the Poison alone with only their own benefit in mind. When news of the Toxic began to spread, other citizens were outraged. They wanted to live in peace without trouble from the outside world. Those against the toxic became known as the "Cure". They swore to stop the Toxic from getting a hold on the Poison so outcasts could live in peace together. Soon, they began to look for the Poison themselves so they could use it to make the world peaceful again. What still remains a mystery is what the Poison actually is. At first it just was known as a mystic force, then thoughts of it being an object, like a crystal or something hidden in the town arose. The current rumor as to what the Poison is, is neither a force or object. Somehow a person could be involved. They became known as the "Bitten". The feelings and thoughts of the Bitten would change the way the Poison reacted. Perhaps the Bitten could pass the Poison onto someone else as well. The groups continue to seek out the Poison and silently fight battles against one another attempting to thwart one another. The Organization consisted of outcasts who were embittered by the societies that cast them out. They were determined to find "Poison" and use it against the "normals" in a war. When news of The Organization began being told, other citizens were outraged. They wanted to live in peace in the place without trouble. A group began to form called The Protectors. They swore to stop the Organization from getting a hold on "Poison" so outcasts could live in peace together. Soon, they began to look for "Poison" themselves so they could use it to make the world peaceful again. The groups recruit members and silently fight battles against one another attempting to thwart one another. Now, it's time for you to choose a side. {{Dramatic ending!! lol. I switched around the wording a bit 'cause you had a lot of passive sentences... BUT IDK. i thought it'd be more of a every man for himself kinda deal, and some people team up cause they've got a common goal.
